Chris Brown’s new tattoo has been talk of the social media for the second time.The singer’s rep did confirm that the tattoo is NOT as Rihanna’s.

Chris’ new tat — of a jet fighter — is located right under his chest — the same place of Rihanna’s new Isis tattoo.
