Actor Sylvester Stallone’s Son Found Dead
The son of Sylvester Stallone has been found dead in his Hollwood home. Sage Moonblood Stallone, 36, was found dead this afternoon at an apartment, his attorney confirmed to The New York Post that Sage Stallone is believed to have died following an overdose of pills.
The source said pills were found at his home, but it was unclear if his death was a suicide or accidental.
The LAPD said the case has been referred to the coroner.
Sage’s attorney George Braunstein said Sage was found a couple hours ago in his home. He told The Post: “I have just gotten a report that he was found dead at his home.”
A rep for the LAPD confirmed that Sage Stallone was found dead alone in his home.
Sage made his acting debut alongside his father in 1990s Rocky V. He then moved into directing and producing.
Sylvester had been at Comic Con in San Diego this week promoting Lionsgate’s “The Expendables 2” with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dolph Lundgren.
